Say au revoir to your tight mini and hello to this winter-appropriate substitute: the sweater dress. This chunky knit from Banana Republic is both posh and practical: it looks luxurious while keeping you toasty warm. I layered a cashmere turtleneck underneath for some extra heat and added a sparkly statement necklace. As for shoes, I kept it simple and sultry with some sky high wedges. If you're not to great at walking in heels, I'm sure you can find someone to sweep you off your feet ;)
