Yacht Party

It's been decided: I was made for the yacht life. Something about being out on the water while sporting an adorable outfit and dancing with friends fits me just right. Last night, I was able to live out my yachting dreams; cruising on the Boston Harbor.

For an evening of dancing and snapping pictures with friends, I decided a little romper was the perfect attire. I spotted this summery playsuit in Zara when my mother and I were in New York for spring break. I was immediately drawn to the pattern and colors. The cute stomach cut out was an added bonus and made the piece even more fun.

I kept the accessories simple with a stack of gold Alex and Ani bangles on one wrist and my silver and gold Fossil watch on the other, accompanied by two J. Crew bracelets. I added a silver necklace with an initial charm to tie in the silver from the watch. I am a huge fan of metal mixing and love the contrast between silver and gold.

The end of the evening was seemingly perfect with a beautiful view of the skyline illuminated with city lights; the perfect background for fist pumping to Pitbull and NeYo's "Time of My Life". Summer nights (and outfits) like this will always be wonderful memories to look back on.
